Privacy policy.

Westbrook Software LLC ("we") runs lemonindex.com. This page says what we collect and why.

Visiting the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. We don't run ad trackers.

If you donate or give us your email

Donations are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If you give us your email, we use it to send car-buying tips and new studies, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

The "Help our site" questions

Answers are anonymous. We store your answer, the page and car you were on, and a daily scrambled code (a one-way hash of your IP address and the date) that only stops repeat answers. We never store your IP address, and there's no email, name or account.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the site (hosting, sign-in, email, Stripe) and when the law requires it.

Your choices
